To submit via aper form and checks via US Mail following these instructions:

2. Print, complete, sign, and mail the form along with payment, by Tuesday April 6th, to:

The 2021 aquatic plant treatment program will again focus primarily on Eurasian Water Milfoil (EWM) and curly leaf pondweed control. 2021 fee assessment is $3.00 per shoreline foot.
You are allowed up to 50% or 100 ft of owned shoreline, whichever is less (e.g. own 80′, max allowed 40′, cost would be 40′ x $3.00 = $120 + $5 membership for $125 total). If your lot is less than 70′ you are allowed up to 35′ of treatment.
Depending on climatic and aquatic factors, the first treatment will likely occur approximately the first week of June, followed by a second treatment, if necessary and allowed by the DNR.
